Is Tim Hortons coffee made in Canada?

We are proud to have our flagship coffee roastery located in Ancaster, Ontario, not far from the home of the very first Tim Hortons restaurant in Hamilton. All of our iconic Original Blend coffee that’s served in Canada is roasted in Ancaster, with 100% premium Arabica beans. We’ve used the same top-secret recipe since 1964 – and there are only 3 people who know that recipe!

Why do some people ask ‘Is Tim Hortons American’?

It’s a fact that Tim Hortons is a part of Restaurant Brands International, a publicly-traded global company. It’s also a fact that Restaurant Brands International is a Canadian company under the Canada Business Corporations Act, is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and has an office in Canada, along with the Tim Hortons headquarters.

The heart and soul of the Tim Hortons brand is our restaurant owners, their restaurants, and the connections we have with the communities we serve. Tim Hortons is Canadian, built by Canadians, and for Canadians.
